The staff were friendly and really professional, and the whole place was so well cared for. Outside, the walking paths were the most peaceful I've come across. Inside, I didn't run into a single issue. The towels looked brand new, and the linens and pillows were spotless. Easily the cleanest, most peaceful hotel I've stayed at. Wish every hotel put in this much care.

Only pictures can do justice to how beautiful this place is. It's a hidden gem in DC, though booking can be tricky since it's a conference center. When I first got there, there were no cars and no hotel activities, and I panicked, thinking I'd been scammed. I was so frustrated I was trying to book another hotel when the front desk lady called me around 8:00 PM and explained how the place works. I went back, and I'm so glad I did. The food was a surprise too, with a full buffet of freshly cooked food at all three meals and first-rate options. Wow. And definitely take the 1.5 mile trail around the property. It winds through gorgeous forest and is a great spot to reflect on whatever you're conferencing about. I usually travel with my own coffee kit, grinder and AeroPress included, because I've never had great coffee at a hotel, whatever the level. This time I went without it to pack light, and The Bolger Center broke my rule. An unexpectedly excellent conference centre.

PHENOMENAL FOOD! The grounds are lovely, with places to walk, a fitness trail, and a gym. The staff are friendly, the conference facilities are great, and the rooms are simple but elegant. This place was amazing.
