I visited my niece at this motel and was shocked by how many roaches were crawling in the room and near the vending machines. I couldn't stomach staying in the room any longer than necessary. There weren't enough blankets for the beds, the lighting was dim, and there was no microwave or refrigerator. To use the shared microwave, guests have to ask staff and stand there while being watched as the food heats, as if they're doing something wrong. The front desk behavior also felt hostile and unprofessional. A staff member threatened to call CPS because my niece was paying later that day. The children had been happily playing just hours earlier, but afterward the staff member was cold and rude to them, making things tense for the family. With the roaches, missing basics, and staff conduct, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially families with kids.

The dark-haired woman who checked us out the next morning was extremely friendly. The blonde woman who checked us in around 3:30 or 4 pm a few days ago was rude and snooty, acting as if our arrival was a nuisance. We're from out of town and passing through, and I used my girlfriend's account because I want to stay anonymous due to my company's status. If she dislikes the job, she shouldn't take it out on guests. She had a baby out front screaming, and did nothing to quiet or discipline him. I think he was hers because he had blonde hair like her. He had no clothes on despite the cold. I nearly called children's services because I felt awful for him. I think her husband or another man was yelling at the baby and slamming him down onto a chair to make him sit. From what I saw, both seemed unfit to parent. This is a motel, not a daycare. I won't return while she and her family are there, and otherwise I'll call children's services. The sheets looked unchanged, there was hair in the bathtub, what I think were blood stains on the wall by the toilet, and a faint marijuana smell in the hallway to the right of the lobby. We didn't mention it to the friendly woman at checkout because we weren't sure if she was a manager. We waited until we left to post this and will notify corporate about the blonde woman and the man abusing the baby.

The location worked well for our emergency stay, but the room was disgusting: cigarette burns, what looked like blood splatter, marijuana smell, and hair in the bathroom. I can't believe they rented it out. Because of my health conditions, I slept in the car; my partner, who is 6'6", stayed in the room. When we raised the issue in the morning, they couldn't have cared less, though they did admit the marijuana smell was strong. The front desk person was upset that I recorded the conversation, and I had photos of the room. No one seemed available to address my concerns, and I was told someone was in the hospital, though I hadn't known that. The housekeeping should have done better if they cared. I've never been so livid, and I wouldn't stay again. Staff need training on guest concerns and customer service. And thanks for the coffee, not. There was no other continental breakfast offering.

The women who work here are really nice, and pets are allowed. Some people stay for a long time, so nights can get noisy. All in all, it's a place to lay your head.

The rooms are nice and roomy, but there's no fridge or microwave. They say you can get them on request, but I haven't been able to.
