Quality Inn Poughkeepsie

We left early because the stay was so bad. The room was filthy enough that my child’s feet turned black just from walking on the floor. Staff were rude, and the towels and blankets we asked for never came. Breakfast was awful and the WiFi was even worse. Do not book here.

There are food options close by, including Popeyes across the street, and I’d stay here again if I were in the area. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff very friendly. We had to leave before breakfast, so I can’t say anything about it. They do provide coffee for the room, though they don’t brew it for the lobby in the afternoon or evening.

Akhil at the front desk made a real difference during my stay. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. My room at Quality Inn Poughkeepsie was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, too. It was a hassle-free, pleasant visit, and I’d recommend the place if you’re staying in the area.

The front desk woman acted like asking for more supplies was a problem, even though I only asked once. The room itself was disgusting: the floors were sticky, the walls had mystery stains, and the smell when I walked in was awful. My three-year-old had black feet within an hour. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this is one of the two worst.
