Nordic Hill Manor

We celebrated our marriage here with 25 of our closest friends and family and had lots of room to be comfortable. The host was wonderful and accommodating. Months after booking, I asked for an extra day and he added it. He always replied quickly, and even had donuts ready to greet us. There was plenty to do. We played jackbox in the movie room, relaxed in the massage chairs and hot tub at night, and took a walk on the nature trail. Best of all, the place was beautiful, and things were secured or set up high enough that I never worried about my toddler getting hurt or breaking anything. It was an amazing stay and a real experience. Thank you, Nordic Hill Manor, for helping us make such great memories!

A comfortable, luxurious property with tasteful furnishings. It looks like a little castle, and the pictures really are worth checking out.

We came to stay for our friends' wedding and had a lovely time at Nordic Hill Manor. The bar station was fun, with us taking turns as bartender, and we watched scary movies in the theater room. My favorite was the massage chairs, great for winding down at night or waking up in the morning. I didn't bring my bathing suit, so I skipped the hot tube, but my friends said it was wonderful. The kitchen, bar, and rooms were stocked with all the tools and supplies we needed to cook, mix drinks, and clean up. We'd love to come back someday.

I really liked the older character of the manor mixed with newer touches, and the decor has lots of unique details. The kitchen was great, and the theater worked well, though its chairs weren't the best. The lighting controls helped make up for that. The hot tub had a room of its own and was really warm. We had fun trying out the piano, and apparently eagles live nearby. We saw them swoop down to the watering hole out back, lucky for the bride! I was there for friends' outdoor wedding. The bathtubs were roomy, but one bedroom outlet didn't work, and the carpets and chairs could use an update. The outside needs some TLC, though that's understandable given the pandemic. My bed was especially hard, which I didn't mind, and the walls are thin, so you hear groups thumping upstairs when you're downstairs. I did enjoy the place and would recommend it for a weekend. Just sharing details that could make or break someone's stay.
