We were headed to Florida and every other hotel was full, so we were lucky to find an available room here after a no-show. It was in a quiet area, we felt very safe, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We'd stay again.

Both rooms I tried had the same moldy smell as soon as you walked in. The hotel wasn't serving breakfast at all that weekend because occupancy was low. The IHG hotel was still serving it, so I hope guests who were expecting breakfast were compensated.

I stayed for over a month, had mail delivered, and the staff took great care of me. They were friendly and very accommodating with anything I needed. The hotel was clean, and they made great coffee downstairs in the bistro.

There were lots of restaurants nearby, and I had a great stay. My one suggestion would be to add some patio chairs to the patio or balcony. I enjoy sitting outside for a while, and that's why I booked that room.

This was my third stay here, and the location is great, with shopping and several places to eat all around and easy to reach on foot. The rooms are clean and the staff are wonderful. On this most recent trip we were here for a family funeral, and the team was helpful and accommodating while I traveled with my 81 yo mom. The bistro staff were so friendly at both evening and breakfast dining.
