Clarion Pointe Prescott Valley

All the staff we met were kind and professional, and they served free breakfast. We were there for five nights for a conference, and our room was cleaned and restocked with fresh towels every day.

Their website says “pet friendly,” but the rule that you can’t leave your dog alone in the room isn’t posted there. That includes a well-behaved dog in a crate, and we didn’t find out until check-in. It threw off our plans, and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Clarion staff wouldn’t reimburse us and weren’t accommodating or understanding after their unclear communication caused the problem. This expectation should be made clear before people book.

Julie made check-in quick and fun, and the rooms were clean and nicely designed. We also liked being able to buy snacks and drinks near the lobby. Breakfast was great, and everything at the Clarion was perfect for us. We had an excellent time and would definitely come back.

The front desk team made a long stay for my construction job feel like home. I was there from June 22 2025, to December 11th 2025, and Julie, Ellie, Marina and Robin were amazing. They were cheerful, professional, and quick to handle questions, needs, or issues. They made me feel appreciated and cared for. Very well managed. Angie was a standout among the housekeepers. She was consistent and cleaned the room like it was her own home. The other ladies were great too. Rooms were always clean, though a few small things were occasionally missed, nothing worth calling the desk over. The bed linens were clean and didn’t have a bleach smell, the bath towels were soft, and the bathrooms were very clean. The first-floor rooms I was assigned had no carpet, and the floors looked clean. Mattresses were okay for the most part, but the clean pillows were broken down and needed replacing. The lot was large, free, well lit, and easy to park in, with cameras around the property for peace of mind. It was clear of trash, and only guests were out there. There’s a grocery store and plenty of places to eat across the street. The modern lobby was clean and organized, and the maintenance staff clearly took pride in the property. There’s no elevator, and you could sometimes hear a heavy-stepping guest walking upstairs from the second floor. If that might bother you, request or book a second-floor room. The kind staff made being away from home for so long more bearable, and I sincerely appreciate them all. My heartfelt regards to everyone.
