Chisolm Trails End B&B

We booked the last room we found through Google Maps. My girlfriend and I were traveling for our anniversary and wanted somewhere quieter and more intimate than a hotel. The other guests couldn’t make it, so the owners upgraded us for free. They were super nice and accommodating. I’d definitely stay again and recommend the place to anyone who likes quiet and an amazing view.

Brian and Letty were warm, hospitable hosts, and the home-cooked breakfast they made for guests was great. It’s a traditional bread & breakfast, comfortable and intimate, with incredible views. We enjoyed our visit, found it affordable, and would definitely return on our next trip to Prescott.

The host was friendly, and the location is great, but the advertising gave us a very different picture. We came during the hottest part of the year looking for a bed & breakfast, as we usually do. The listing we found on Google mentioned A/C, a private bath, and a hilltop view. On arrival, we learned the bathroom was shared. The standalone “A/C” was in the basement living area, where our room was, and the basement bedrooms had no legal egress. The website showed a curtained window, but it was misleading: there was no window. My companion felt bad about canceling after our hosts mentioned a death in the family, so we tried to stay. Less than an hour later, the basement heat was unbearable for her, and she told the hosts we were leaving for somewhere else. They didn’t offer a refund despite the deceptive advertising.

Our group of 16 Physics students rented the whole house for three days and had no complaints. The house was spacious, the beds comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities. Brian and Betty were gracious hosts, and the venue was breathtaking. We found the price affordable and a great value. All 16 of us would recommend Chisolm Trails End B&B for a quality night’s stay in beautiful Prescott, Arizona. Thanks, Brian and Betty, for helping make our conference great!
