The heated pool was amazing, especially coming in from the cold, and the room was quiet with good temperature control. Chris Angel made check-in seamless, and the staff were super welcoming. The room was clean, and having a microwave and fridge was great. I'd have rated the room higher if the mattresses were better. I could feel springs coming through one bed, but the other one was okay.

I usually look to Hampton Inns for a clean, safe stay and don't expect a lot beyond that. The Prescott Hampton Inn surprised me in a really good way. The welcome was genuinely friendly, and my modern room was spotless. Even though it was pet friendly, there wasn't any lingering animal smell. I was happy to pay the pet fee, and it was clear the room had been cared for. It gave me hope that more travelers with pets are treating these spaces with respect. I'd happily stay again.

We only stopped briefly, but the staff were kind and accommodating and we had a very pleasant visit. The price was reasonable, and the continental breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts we've had in this tier, especially in the States. A great way to start the day.

After staying at plenty of Hampton Inns for work, this one is the best I've tried. Getting around is easy, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are great, the rooms clean, and breakfast good. Room service is offered, though I didn't try it. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center rival those at most four-star hotels. Ten out of ten, I highly recommend it.
