Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia

The staff were wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing bed. Breakfast was nice and free, and it was a great overnight stay after a work Christmas party. The price was reasonable. The hotel could use some updates. The shower pressure was low and the ice machines didn’t work, though the staff brought us ice. There was also a problem with the pool lock, but the staff got right on it.

We loved the room layout, especially the semi-separated living area with a couch and desk instead of just a bed. It was spacious and clean, and the free breakfast was a great perk, with pastries, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, and oatmeal. Check-in and checkout were easy, and everyone at the front desk was friendly. We just got back from two nights at the Hyatt Place in King of Prussia. The location was unbeatable, right beside the mall, with lots of restaurants within a five-minute drive. The pool was a little crowded with kids on Saturday afternoon, but we went later that evening and it was fine. We’d absolutely stay here again. Great value for the money!

I’m giving this Hyatt Place three stars because Aisha and Erica went above and beyond with their hospitality. The hotel itself is older and definitely needs updating. My first room smelled like smoke, and the second smelled like mildew. Aisha handled the problem while I was out, and when I got back there was a fresher, better room. She was empathetic and helpful. I also got my checkout time wrong. Erica extended my stay while I was out and had new keys ready when I returned. The hotel needs a complete update, but Aisha and Erica made the stay okay.

I was feeling really depressed and took a random trip on my own. I stayed a few days, and the place was nice and clean with a great breakfast. When I got really sick, the staff were patient about extending my stay, and I appreciated that. Little things like that make life worth living. The whole staff are kind and caring. Highly recommend.
