Luis and Ailin at the front desk were especially helpful and kind. Housekeeping did a great job too. The hotel feels modern and comfortable. I didn't get to try the restaurant, but it looked really good. Totally recommend this place!

The rooms are modern and very clean, and the workers are friendly. To me, this is the best hotel in Greenwich. Just keep in mind that I-95 is right next door and can get pretty loud, so it may not suit you if noise bothers you while you sleep.

We had a great few days here for work. Tony’s restaurant was the highlight: five of us shared lots of dishes, and every one was delicious. Loved the truffle mashed potatoes! There isn't much within walking distance, so we took a short Uber ride to Greenwich Ave for shopping. The ambiance was lovely, and the service dealt with issues quickly and attentively.

We had a good time exploring the boardwalks and parks, and downtown Greenwich was a great place to head for a late lunch or dinner. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Most of the staff were friendly, too, and the in-room technology was handy for work, even though it glitched now and then. The pool was the reason we booked this hotel for a three-night weekend getaway, since it was the only one I found with an outdoor pool. But after spending about three hours there, we decided not to go back. For a four-star hotel, the pool area was disappointing. Guests played music on their own speakers, and there seemed to be no rules, which gave the place a low-end feel. Service by the pool was almost nonexistent. I waited three hours just to order drinks and small bites, repeatedly trying to get the server's attention. Other guests eventually walked over to the waiter to order themselves. Managers passed through occasionally, but nobody stopped to check on us or offer help. We left hungry and went downtown instead. The location and nearby attractions were great, but the pool and poor service were a letdown. It feels like a nice three-star hotel, definitely not four stars.
