SpringHill Suites Prescott

We stayed 1/19-1/20, and the staff made it a five-star visit. Lori checked us in and was kind, funny, helpful, and wonderful with our kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast the next morning was great. Cassadi at breakfast was phenomenal, keeping busy, checking in with us, and being such a delight with the kids. Thanks, SpringHill, for a lovely night and morning in Prescott ❤️

I’d had a rough stay at another Prescott hotel before, with thin walls and so much noise that I was awake all night. This place was quiet and comfortable, and I’m happy I chose it. Check-in through the app was easy. The room was spacious, with a nice view of the surrounding mountains, a comfortable bed, a functional bathroom, and a microwave. Sprouts next door is an easy walk, as are some restaurants. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Prescott.

It’s so convenient to stay right in downtown Prescott, with everything within walking distance. We visit often. The rooms and bathroom were pristine and spacious, and breakfast was included, with tasty hot and cold options: eggs that weren’t powdered, meats, potatoes, yogurt, bagels, waffles, juice, and coffee. The customer service was great. There’s also a lobby cooler with snacks, ice cream, wine, and beer for sale. The pool and hot tub looked nice, but it was January, so we passed. They may be heated?

A family member was admitted to the emergency room late at night, and we needed somewhere to stay while we dealt with everything. The lovely team got us rooms next to each other at midnight, then made extending our stay very easy. When plans changed and we had to cancel the extension, Amy took great care of our family. Thank you, Springhills Marriott.
