I noticed it Sunday afternoon after staying Saturday night, May 16th. The bed had bedbugs, and now I have bumps and itching all over, with burning too. I usually never leave a negative hotel review, and I didn't want to write this one, but this has been miserable. I don't know if anything can be done, but the room definitely needs an inspection. I was in Room 112.

Riata Inn Presidio feels like a home away from home, and I'm grateful for the lovely rooms and warm hospitality. I'm a language interpreter, and several binational meetings have taken place in the Presidio-Ojinaga region. Before I found this hotel, I had to stay 60 miles away and drive US 67 in the early sunrise hours. Please pass along my thanks to the reception staff for the excellent customer service.

I needed somewhere to rest during my trip, and they changed my booking to start a day earlier and extended my stay on short notice.

The room was clean, though the hotel is a mile or two north of town. I was on a motorbike and didn't want to ride out for dinner, so I ended up with no dinner, just the gas station next door. I also couldn't get the TV working. It asked me to log in to WiFi, and I couldn't figure out how to enter it.
