The views were lovely, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. The shower had great pressure and stayed at a good temperature. Check-in was easy thanks to a very nice woman. We enjoyed the hot springs, and the room had pool towels for them. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bottled water, and a coffee maker with pods were provided. There’s also a small lobby shop selling drinks and swim gear.

We only wished we could have stayed longer. The kids had a blast with the slide and pools, including the clean therapy pool at 106 degrees, and the staff were attentive and helpful with them. Our room was clean and comfortable too. We even jumped from a bridge across the road into the Bear River, then spent the evening by a campfire watching some incredible sunsets. Such a perfect family vacation spot. We’ll definitely be back again and again.

The RV site had full hookups, but it was run down, much like the rest of the place. It looks nothing like the website photos. Only one slide was operating, and people weren't being made to follow the slide rules, so they were coming down on top of others. The hot pools had green slime on the bottom. There were only teenagers running things, with no adult supervision. Their so-called Olympic pool wasn't Olympic size and was freezing. A huge letdown. We didn't stay in the rooms, just at an RV spot.

Customer service was fine, but our room was gross, with gum stuck on the bed railing and a dirty shower. I used to visit this hot spring as a kid, and it has really gone downhill since the new owners took over. The pools were the worst part. They used to be clean and well maintained, but now there was algae everywhere and the walls and floor felt slimy. We won't be returning. I'll keep the good memories of how it used to be and try to forget this visit.

The staff were incredibly friendly, both on the phone and in person, and were lovely with my kids. But the pools were disgusting. The water was green, with lots of green bits and mosquitoes, and the stairs and floors were so slippery with slime. After about an hour our skin began to sting, so we got out. I was covered in so much algae or moss that I looked like I had on a ghillie suit. I went on Sunday, and by Friday I still had a rash. Honestly, lakes are cleaner, and maybe the health department should take a look. At least the changing rooms had soap and showers. Be cautious before visiting. I called ahead and was told they close at 6 p.m. because the pools are drained and cleaned daily. They repeated that when I arrived, but I don't believe the pools had been drained or cleaned. We had free entry through the Get Out Pass, so decided to visit.
