Everyone seemed to truly care that we had a relaxing, comfortable visit. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were genuinely kind and attentive. We had a lovely stay, and the rooms were clean and comfy. This is definitely our go to place when visiting the area.

The property was very nice, and the staff were helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the casino. The only odd thing was that the vents must be connected somehow, because while I was showering I could hear someone, somewhere, singing in their shower.

The room was spacious, clean, and everything worked. There were some buckled tiles around the whirlpool tub, and the cafe shop could use more variety. We’d just missed breakfast, so having yogurt or even a frozen breakfast sandwich available would’ve been nice. Still, I’d stay here again.

The food was outstanding, and we had a beautiful day celebrating the baby on the way. I can’t thank Chad, the sales coordinator, enough for making my baby shower go so well. He was attentive and very professional, and the other workers were just as great. If you need a place for a party or get together, I definitely recommend Hilton in Preston CT. Thanks for everything 😊

We were only there for a seminar, and the place looked immaculate. We didn’t really have Hilton’s food, since the seminar organizers seemed to cater it themselves and we just had sandwiches. I can’t really comment on the hotel’s food. I did see people in the restaurant Park, though, and it looked pretty nice, with a good looking atmosphere too.
