I checked in around 10 or 11 p.m. for a room I’d booked ahead, and it hadn’t been cleaned. There was diarrhea in the toilet, no toilet paper, and hair in the shower. The second room was dirty too, with grime and hair left by the previous guest. I went back to the office, said I couldn’t stay and asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else. They refused. They tried to give me a third room. By then I was exhausted and couldn’t keep arguing for a refund, along with the $115 hold they’d put on my card. I ended up $200 in for a filthy place with no breakfast. I’m appalled they made me stay in a dirty room or pay them for nothing.

My kids said the pool had something floating on the surface that looked like throw-up, and that it stank. In the room, there were no blankets, just sheets. The towels were thin and crusty, the furniture dusty, and spider webs covered the windows and walls. There was mold in both the bathroom and bedroom, a musty smell, and the place wasn’t clean. The beds were hard, and the bathroom had hair and mold everywhere. The room looked dated, like an 80s place that had never been maintained. The toilet was old and clogged every time it flushed. We called for maintenance, but no one came. The front desk was nice, but they didn’t mention two reservations at check-in because, as far as I knew, there was only one. I made a reservation on the website but never got a confirmation. A few days later I called, was told there was no reservation, so I made another and confirmed I had only one. I was charged for two rooms anyway. I’ve gone back and forth with the front desk and management, who insist I had two reservations, but they still haven’t refunded the charge for the room that was never confirmed. Other reviews seem to describe the same issue, charging for rooms people didn’t use. If management refunds me, I’ll update this. The evidence so far suggests they don’t care about reviews.

Very affordable when I stayed on 5/18/2026, and they were finishing some remodeling. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with laminated flooring throughout. It has old-school architecture, and you can park right outside your room door.

The staff were wonderful, which was the saving grace. I booked through hotel.com a long time ago because it was cheap, and there aren’t many options in town. The reviews had been so great, but I’m stuck here now. I work for Hilton and only chose this place because there are no Hiltons in Price, UT. It’s a highway-side Motel 6 or Super 8 at best, not close to a 3-star hotel. Everything feels like the 90s: a huge cabinet built for a fat-back CRTV, chipped tile floors, dirty bathroom corners, awful soap, small towels, water-damaged ceilings, yellow smoke detectors, and unplugged microwaves and refrigerators. Pretty much what you’d expect at a 1-star Motel 6. I know I’m being harsh, but the pictures back me up. A 15% discount at the associated garbage restaurant doesn’t make it an on-site restaurant. They serve Walmart stuff for twice the price. I’m writing this at 6:07 a.m. after diesel trucks outside my window woke me at 5:30. I get that it’s cold, but why run trucks outside, and why can I hear them? The worst part is that my wife slipped on the garbage towels in the tiny bathroom, hit her head on the tub, and now has a huge goose egg. There’s a 1980s heat lamp dial for drying things, but it doesn’t work. The beds are 8-inch spring mattresses on slabs of wood that hurt your whole body.

I like the layout, especially having the sink outside the toilet and tub area. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom has been updated. It seems like a good value in a safe, good location, though some of the furniture is marked up. I had trouble finding an outlet close enough to the bed for my charging cords, so a better place to plug them in would help.
