Holiday Inn Express Princeton by IHG

I've never stayed in a dirtier Holiday Inn. The first room had stained sheets, hair on the bed, toothpaste in the shower, a dirty toilet, and surfaces that hadn't been wiped, with handprints and boogers. The shower wouldn't drain either. In the second room, the towels were stained, and there was hair on the pillows and sheets, even under the fitted sheet. This place needs an inspection ASAP. 0/5.

Breakfast service was good, but the rest left a lot to be desired. Check-in staff showed little friendliness or basic courtesy, and when we checked out, nobody made eye contact or asked how the stay had been. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly either, since we found a bunch of fries under the bed.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. As soon as I checked in, I spotted what looked like bed bugs on the bed and had to switch rooms. The manager denied they were bed bugs. The shower curtain was dirty and stained, the TV remote didn't work, and room service just straightened the sheets without changing them. Breakfast was short on scrambled eggs every morning, sometimes there weren't any. I'm a diamond elite member, and this was my worst experience.

It's always a great stay here, and I've come back many times. My daughter likes it too. The rooms are consistently clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and kind, especially Benji at the front desk, and they serve a nice breakfast.
