The room was already dirty when we arrived, with pubic hairs in the bathroom and toothpaste in the sink. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was disgusting. The staff were rude and brushed off our concerns, leaving us feeling like a nuisance. We also had no proper heat when it got cold, and couldn’t control the temperature. The room was so small that our luggage left barely any room to move, nothing like the listing suggested. On top of that, the walls were incredibly thin. We could hear conversations, TVs, slamming doors, footsteps, everything, and got no privacy or peaceful sleep. From the moment we entered Casa Ocean, one problem followed another. I was hugely disappointed and absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The biggest downside was the room’s strong musty, moldy smell. We got used to it, but still wondered whether there might be mold and if that could be unhealthy. Noise was another issue, just as other comments said. The walls are paper thin, though earplugs were provided. Even so, we had a wonderful two-night stay and would definitely come back. Room 101 was nice and modern, the beach here is spectacular, and the location is perfect. Complimentary beach chairs were great, and the automated check-in went smoothly, even though I was a little hesitant at first. Some workers were around and very polite and helpful when we needed shampoo and such.

There are lots of cute cafés nearby, plus plenty of places to eat. The hotel itself is clean and really cute, with comfortable beds and pillows. The beach is a short walk away, and guests get a beach towel and lounge chair each day. An umbrella is available for an extra $15.

The room was spotless, and everything felt new and updated. Casa Ocean is close to all the fun, yet only a quick three-minute walk from the beach. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I had a GREAT stay and would happily return, thank you so much!

The room was lovely, just like the one I saw when booking, and it was super clean. Check-in is remote, but easy, with all the information you need. You’re just steps from the beach, and they provide chairs and towels. It’s in a fairly central spot, and everything else about the stay was perfect. My one reason for not giving five stars is that you can’t control the AC. I’d recommend it.
