Stayed for one day on a short visit. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with enough utensils to heat food. Breakfast was standard continental and could be better. The location is good, though the road gets too dark, especially in the rain. I'd stay again.

Hotels are hotels, and this one was clean and comfortable, but the people are what make a place special. Alyssa was wonderful, and my stay wouldn't have been the same without her. Thanks, Alyssa, for your creativity and commitment to taking care of guests!

We showed up a few days ago for an unplanned stay, and Sandy took such great care of us. It felt like being welcomed into someone's home instead of checking into a hotel. She even stopped by at breakfast the next morning to say hello. We were in good hands throughout our short visit. I wish hotel concierge staff everywhere would follow her example. Mr. Nassetta, if you're reading, promote her right away.

The lobby and room were clean, and the place was quiet. Alyssa was warm and engaging both when I checked in and when I checked out.

Privacy feels like an illusion here. My key card could open every door in the building, and in the middle of the night a staff member tried to come into my room to "check something with the shower." Fortunately, I had the security latch on, so she couldn't get in right away. It left me seriously worried about my belongings being stolen. I've also seen reviews mentioning rude staff and bed bugs. I strongly advise people to avoid this place. I won't return.
