It's a beautiful island, with lush green forests and waterfalls, and the staff were great. The restaurant served excellent meals too. But we probably wouldn't return because of all the Nenne Hawaiian goose (a cousin to the Canada goose) around the resort. They have free reign, swim in the pools, and leave droppings all over the property. They're strictly protected, so you're not even allowed to shoo them away. We were concerned about bird contamination and wouldn't swim in the pools.

There were lots of families and kids, so it seemed like a very family-oriented resort. I was probably the only single person there, but still had a relaxing and positive stay. Everything was clean, peaceful, and well cared for. The staff were genuinely kind and went out of their way to help me check in early, even on a Sunday. Parking costs more, and there are a few timeshare-related charges, but the stay was worth it. I'd absolutely come back!

It's a beautiful place to visit and stay, but I had a bad experience with the Westin concierge. The resort information offered 30,000 points and $150.00 for attending a 90 minute presentation. They changed the terms and offered only 15,00 points with no $150.00. They play games with your money and point offers, so don't trust them. To me, it's a scam and a rip off. Stay away from the ownership office and enjoy your time on the island instead.

A quiet, relaxing stay. I loved lounging in the sun by the pool, and the walk down to the beach was a great way to get the day started and get the blood flowing. Thanks for a great visit!

It's a huge resort, with several pools and a great setup for kids. We made good use of the kitchenette, and there are barbecues if you want to grill. The gym was nice to have, and the sauna was a good way to end the day. Helen at the front desk was amazing. God bless her.
