The beach is the real draw here, with lots of shells to find and plenty of exposed shoreline at low tide for looking around. The indoor pool is unusually warm, and the big hot tub is great for unwinding. I’ve only stayed in the off season, when the rates are very good. The rooms are small and quite dated, though they do have a working stove and cooking utensils. It’s just minutes from P-Town, and I’d recommend it for a budget stay or a longer visit.

We always have a great time here, and the location is fantastic. The staff are wonderful. The main issue we noticed was noise between floors: the guest above us stayed up late and was also moving around at 6 a.m. We could hear every step. We didn’t complain, which was on us, but better soundproofing would help.

The indoor pool and spa were especially welcome in the awful weather, and both were clean and really nice to have. I booked at the last minute and am glad I did. Staff were friendly and quick to help, there was plenty of parking, and the photos looked accurate. My room, just off the first-floor lobby, was pretty quiet. It was clean, with a comfortable clean bed, a basic bathroom, and kitchen utensils. The room was a little dated, and only rooms in the main building have A/C. It’s no Four Seasons, but it doesn’t claim to be.

Having both an indoor and an outdoor pool is a nice option, and the location makes it easy to reach the beach and get into Provincetown. The studio’s Murphy bed and sofa bed weren’t very comfortable. I’d stay again, but would probably book a suite for proper beds.

It’s cheap and works when you need a place in a pinch. The staff were nice, but the walls and floors are thin, and our neighbors were noisy. Town is two miles away, though Uber came quickly. You get what you pay for. It was ok.
