Hyatt Place Provo

We were in town for my niece's wedding, and Hyatt Place Provo turned out to be a perfect base. The room was spacious and clean, and they brought extra blankets for my mother. The food was delicious, the staff were consistently kind and friendly, and my sister really enjoyed using the fitness center. Thanks for making our family's stay feel perfect.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with an in-room refrigerator and coffee maker. Daily housekeeping is available if you want it, including fresh towels and made beds. I did wish there were a microwave. Breakfast costs $8 per person per day, which seemed reasonable, especially if you're in a hurry. They had fresh oatmeal with lots of toppings, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bread, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and either already-cooked waffles one day or French toast the next. Drinks included juice, milk, tea, and coffee. I mentioned online that the oatmeal had too much water, and the next day there was a lot less. Oatmeal is my usual breakfast, and I was very happy with it. I also enjoyed the eggs, bacon, and potatoes. There are nearby options for breakfast or coffee if you'd rather go out. The welcome was warm from the moment we walked in. The entrance area was clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating indoors and outside. Parking was $10 a day, which felt fair for a downtown location.

The place was very clean, and the facility itself was nice. We also found parking fairly inexpensive. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were very courteous, and the location was fantastic for getting to BYU.

Service was great, and we had a good stay. Some parts of the hotel feel old, though. Our sink was scratched and the porcelain had chipped away, which made it look dirty. I also wish coffee, water, and tea were available all day like they are at some other places.
