I've been staying at the Little Suits, and the front office staff have been friendly and patient. The monthly rate is fair. The room comes with basic utilities, WiFi, cable TV, and a king bed, plus a phone for local and room-to-room calls. If you need to get online on a computer, the office has one, but it is SOOOOO SLOW. You can hear the freeway day and night, and it kept me awake, so I'd suggest earplugs. I had to buy my own sheets and blanket. If you stay longer than a week, you're required to buy theirs; I returned mine to the front so I didn't have to pay. The laundry room takes $2.50 in quarters, and there's a change machine. It isn't app-operated. There's no ice maker, but Maverick is next door. Visitors have a 10 p.m. curfew every day, even though it's an extended-stay hotel.

I've been here five months. This is a simple extended-stay place for people staying a while, and the setup works for that. Once you pass 30 days, they don't make you leave like some hotels do. You become a resident, and the rate is adjusted accordingly. There's no pool, courtyard, or typical hotel amenities, but each room has a usable kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. Everything works, and maintenance responds quickly when something needs attention. The staff are great and greet you with a smile whenever you come “home.” There's laundry on site, and they'll happily make change. It's quiet, dependable, and affordable for what it is. I haven't seen or heard any drama, and there aren't people wandering around outside at 2 a.m. It gives you a straightforward place to stay while you deal with whatever brought you here. If you're relocating, here for medical reasons, divorced, or a traveling contractor, it could be a welcome option. It isn't Embassy Suites, and it doesn't try to be. The location is handy, right off I-15 in American Fork, a nice town, and right next to the UTA (Utah Transit Authority). You can walk to the train station, and there are plenty of shops nearby, from Dollar Store to Target and Walmart.

A real gem for a longer stay, with month-to-month options. It's close to lots of amenities and transportation, and there's on-site maintenance and parking. Law enforcement patrols the area. Conveniently close to things, but surprisingly quiet.

We'd had this room booked since November, but at the last minute they changed our reservation from two queen beds to one king for four people. They did it simply because we'd added a separate reservation for different people. The room smelled strongly of air freshener or cleaning chemicals, yet the floors hadn't been swept. The tub was gross, with pubic hair in it and on the walls. Residue was left in the crisper drawer of the full-size fridge and freezer, which clearly hadn't been cleaned. The toilet only flushed if you held the handle down. One positive was the price, but you still expect a clean room, especially after waiting 20-30 minutes for it to be cleaned. I wouldn't recommend staying here, even at that price.

The location suited us, with easy freeway access and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The WiFi was secure and strong, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean despite some minor wear and tear. Customer service was very nice, and the kitchenette had clean, fairly new appliances. The price was decent, especially on short notice. It is an older place with quite a bit of wear, and the neighborhood wasn't the best. That was the only reason I gave it three stars. Still, I was impressed by the cleanliness and had no real complaints. I was happy with my stay.
