The walls are paper thin, and the owners do nothing about loud druggies staying there. Police showed up several times while I was there. You have to request service to get fresh towels or toilet paper. There's only a fridge, no microwave or stove. My room was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned properly. There were blood boogers on the drapes. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The place needs to be shut down like the other motels on 3rd south. There are drug addicts everywhere, and it's terrible that Wasatch behavioral sends people to places like this.

The sheets on the made bed were filthy, and they refused to give me either a full or partial refund. The light switches, walls, and pretty much every surface people touch looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Even the caulk in every crevice was neon yellow. By far the most disgusting hotel I've stayed in.

The best thing about it was being close to downtown Provo. The WiFi was weak, the TV signal was poor, and the remote was broken, not even taped shut. There weren't enough blackout curtains, and noise carried too easily between upstairs and downstairs rooms. Service was only available if you asked. There were no phones in the rooms, so I had to go to the front door behind gun glass, wait for someone, and ask my questions there. It's the worst hotel or motel I've ever stayed in. Next time I'm in Provo, I'm staying at the Marriott, period.

The whole place was in shambles, and the room smelled and needed cleaning. The manager's dog was apparently allowed to use the doors to the rooms as its own private latrine, with feces everywhere. The office is supposed to be staffed 24 hours, but most of the time nobody was there.

The room was somewhat clean, and VJ and Dogo, the property managers, were kind and pleasant. VJ even said he would hire me for the front office. Thanks for the offer, VJ. When did you want me to take over your job and apartment? Jessica at the front desk didn't seem to know how to use the computer properly. Jessica Henderson had arrived a week before my check-in from a nice little place called Concord in Nevada. Wade, the maintenance man, yelled at me, and every time I stepped outside my room he walked past. He “fixed” the hot-water-only taps, but I never got cold water, and he threw my nice clothes onto the dirty floor. Lupe, the housekeeper, brought her kids to work, and I helped them all learn a little English during my stay. I paid for a whole week but was only given five nights.
