The woman who checked us in was helpful with directions and information about nearby businesses. There was a lot of traffic and street noise when we arrived in the afternoon, but the room was very quiet at night. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the remodel was and how clean everything was, especially for what was obviously an older property.

The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, even with busy hwy.99 nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and the available washer and dryer worked great. We'll stay here again.

A nice little room, clean and convenient. It was handy having our car right outside for loading and unloading, and for security. We'd stay again.

We stayed at the Value Inn before an early flight out of Eugene. Long term parking there was $5 a day while we were on vacation, and we took a cab to the airport. What a deal compared with paying $19 a day to park at the airport. The service was friendly, and it's close to the airport.

We booked two rooms with two queen beds each, but they tried to give us one room with queen beds and another with only one bed. When we pointed out that wasn't what we'd reserved, he just said, “oh well.” The listing said free cancellation, but they wouldn't let us cancel without paying the first night's charge for both rooms, which was supposed to be $246. We hadn't even made it outside before they charged us $750. When we questioned it, they said “oh well” and that they'd try to return it. We'll be taking legal action. Definitely a no go.
