The hotel’s location worked well for us, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s a large grassy area behind the building for dogs, and the parking lot is well lit. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff were consistently pleasant to deal with.

I was there for 7 days and nobody cleaned or even checked on my room. Trash piled up so badly I had to put it in the hallway. One of the worst motels I’ve stayed in.

It’s a really nice, clean hotel, but the location across from a convenience store with homeless people around, including in the field beside the hotel, put me off. Colorado needs to do something to help businesses deal with this. I won’t stay again for that reason. Sorry.

We were grateful for Michelle Bennett’s help after a long day trying to get to NM, with two mountain passes closed. She could tell we were stressed and was very kind, even though we weren’t going to stay there. Because the non-refundable dog deposit was cheaper, we ended up at the holiday inn express instead. Michelle called the holiday inn next door, also an ihg hotel, and reservation hot us a room there. You have a great staff.
