For the price, it wasn't a bad hotel, and the room had lots of space. The AC worked and the mattress was comfortable, which matters most to me. The comforter wasn't comfortable, though, and there were no sheets on the bed. I'm glad I don't have to sleep with it again. They also need better luggage carts. I don't understand why pets are allowed. It would be good to have pet-free rooms. Otherwise, I hope they disinfect well enough for guests with allergies or people who don't want animal hair and bacteria in their rooms.

Elizabeth at the front desk was the real highlight. She understands customer service, and she made the whole experience perfect. The room, lobby, and gym were all very clean, and breakfast was hot and fresh. I'll stay here again and recommend the hotel. Thanks, Elizabeth. The best marketing really does happen one person at a time.

My family had to stay at this Hampton for a week or two after a house fire, and the staff and hotel were beyond amazing during a rough time. Chelsea at the front desk was my favorite. She was helpful, great to talk to, and always a pleasant person to see when I went downstairs. Thanks to everyone for helping us through it. I highly recommend the hotel.

My boyfriend and I booked the Pueblo location a week ahead for a weekend getaway. He got there before me and waited in the lobby for about ten minutes. Even though he told the front desk woman he was waiting for me, she called security. They checked his ID and made him leave the property until I arrived. After checking his ID, security said, "we dont rent to locals." His ID was from Co Springs and mine was from Westminster, not Pueblo. When I arrived and checked in, the woman looked at my ID and repeated, "we dont rent to locals." I asked my boyfriend if his ID said Pueblo, and he showed both of us that it said Co Springs. It felt like they were trying to keep him off the property because of how he looked. He'd just finished work and was meeting me for our weekend away. Neither of us is local to Pueblo, but they judged him after a long afternoon and evening at work and wouldn't let him wait there for me. It was degrading, and we probably won't stay here again.

I still don't know where the fire started, what caused the first-floor flooding, or why the elevator quit. I'm pretty sure the blizzard and cold outside caused a pipe to burst, and I'd guess the elevator motor failed and sent out black smoke, setting off the alarm. Even with all that, it was the best night's sleep I've ever had. The room was spectacular, the bathrooms were clean, and there was an actual shower door. Breakfast was amazing too. For once, a waffle maker made me a perfect waffle. Every employee we met, from evening to morning, was a wonderful treat. We'll stay here again.
