Both rooms we got were dirty, and one even had smoke smell on the sheets and in the room. The heater didn't work, the bathroom door was broken, and the beds were really uncomfortable. The whole place felt grimy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or give it even one star.

For an affordable, no-frills stay, this worked well. The room had what I needed, and it was easy to get around from the location. Basic, but comfortable for the price.

Pueblo Inn has earned my loyalty. Every time, I've had a clean, comfortable room and been treated in a friendly, professional way. I've never stayed anywhere that treated me better, and now I always choose Pueblo Inn when I'm in Pueblo.

The carpet was damp all the way from the door to the bathroom. I didn't notice until morning, when I first walked around barefoot. For $65 a night, the mattress was so hard I couldn't get decent sleep, and the bed could use more than two pillows, preferably bigger ones. The price is the only reason I'm not rating it lower.
