Courtyard Pullman

The room was nice and spacious, and the dining area was always busy, unlike the quiet hotel lobbies I'm used to. I ordered breakfast there each morning and enjoyed it. The young man driving the airport shuttle was cheerful, and the woman at check-in was happy, kind, and helpful. Her tips on where to get water were especially useful. The fridge and shower were the main problems. The power cool button on the fridge was covered, so I couldn't keep things properly cool, especially my breastmilk, which never froze and had to be left behind. This is the second Courtyard I've stayed at where the shower wall failed to keep all the water in. It's frustrating to end up with half the bathroom floor splashed. Still, the location was great and everyone was friendly.

I've stayed twice, and both visits were great. The hotel was clean, and the staff were kind, very accommodating, and quick to respond whenever I needed something. I appreciated that and will definitely stay here again.

NO HOT WATER! I switched rooms and still had none, and the staff did nothing to check. I took two cold showers. The second room was smaller, and these are the smallest king-sized rooms I've seen. I travel a lot and have titanium status with the Marriott ambassador membership, so I've stayed at many Marriotts. It's very uncomfortable trying to watch TV here, too. The new staff didn't know how to make a key. You also have to drive through a 20 mile an hour speed zone across the college, adding about ten minutes at a very slow pace. I'm checking out tomorrow and won't stay here again. Management, train staff better on how to treat customers who've spent tens of thousands of dollars with Marriott.

I stay here often for work and always enjoy it. The rooms are consistently super clean, the rates are usually pretty fair, and everyone from the front desk and housekeeping to the bar staff is friendly. I'd definitely recommend it over the other hotels around Pullman.
