Quality Inn Paradise Creek Pullman

A tough trip from Oly to Pullman with our two kids turned around once we got here. We'd spent the first night at another place that wasn't great, and were waiting on a refund while that money was tied up in another transaction. The front desk people were patient and kind as I tried to sort out my accounts. They let us stay and never made us feel bad about the situation. The room was clean, pretty, and well kept, with a king bed, pullout couch, two TVs, and an amazing two-person jacuzzi tub with jets. A door separated the living room and bedroom, so our daughter and son could fall asleep while we enjoyed the tub and time together. We could access all the streaming services on one TV. We went to the spa too, with its dry sauna and hot tub. The outdoor pool was drained, and it was too cold to swim anyway. We liked it enough to add another night. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles, grapefruit, yogurt, cereal, milk, oatmeal, and drinks including tea, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. They even had a high chair and booster we could bring to the room. Shout out to zane for staying patient while I gave him every card number in my wallet 😂

Shane at the Front Desk helped sort out our reservation issue right away, and he was a pleasure to deal with. The check-in went smoothly, and the room worked perfectly for our one-night stay. Breakfast was just right for us. We saw Shane juggling the Front Desk, lobby, and breakfast area, and were impressed by the service even for just one day. We'll be back more often to visit our daughters at WSU, and will stay at the Quality Inn Paradise Creek. Thanks, Shane, for a great job.

The front desk was understanding and accommodating when there was an error with my reservation. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was hot, though the juice machine was down. It's in a convenient, central spot and there wasn't much noise outside. I had a rough trip into Pullman, and was glad I chose the quality Inn.

The breakfast ran out of food, and the man working said he didn't want to make more because breakfast would end in 20 minutes. It had actually run out 20 minutes earlier. I paid for breakfast with my room and got nothing. The facility is old and run down, with very little parking. My room smelled damp and felt dirty, the carpet was dirty, and the sofa bed cushion was like sleeping on paper with no spring left. The TVs were old and fuzzy. Worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Skip it.
