Hilton Westchester

The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel has indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, and a nice hot tub in the pool room. We enjoyed the lobby restaurant and fireplace, as well as the bar lounge. The food was good and service quick, though it was a bit pricey. We were there for a large conference and ran into a registration issue, but the staff fixed it effectively. All in all, an enjoyable trip.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and all three meals we ate at the hotel were delicious. The hotel and grounds were gorgeous, and we had a great stay. Our one complaint was the noise late at night. There were lots of out-of-control kids running around and making noise at midnight. The hotel should keep the atmosphere comfortable for all its guests.

The area is great, and for the price this is a pretty good hotel. The staff I met were amazing and very helpful. I heard the hotel is working on soundproofing, which would help, because noise carried so much that we had to change rooms twice. The first room smelled of weed smoke. In the second, people in the room above were jumping and shouting. The third was better. We could still hear kids shouting, but they tend to go to bed by 9 p.m., so that was manageable.

I loved my stay. The hotel is in a beautiful, remote location, and the huge lobby felt welcoming. My room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it was well appointed. It felt like a resort destination tucked away in a quaint little town.
