We were in town for the Washington Sportsman Show, and the fairgrounds are just minutes away. At check-in they upgraded us to a suite. The woman working the desk around 3:30 pm on Tuesday, Jan 27, was welcoming, friendly, and so helpful, top notch. Manager, please look up that gal and give her a raise! The room was in great shape and the cleanest hotel room I'd stayed in for a while. It was quiet, and the continental breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold items. I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back.

I was shocked at how nice the hotel was when I got there, like actual rainbows and unicorns. You'll have to look for the unicorn, though. Ramon, I think, was the front desk person and did a great job getting me set up. A room person was helpful too, offering clean linens even though I'd only stayed one night. It's been an amazing experience so far. The hotel is quiet for the most part, and being tucked in the trees helps block the noise.

The staff were sweet as apple pie and helped me through everything, from a basic question to my status and upgrades. They were clear, helpful, and more than accommodating. The big problem was the internet. Even after paying for premium service, it sucked. Movies buffered about 30 seconds in, on both my laptop and the TV. Rebooting repeatedly didn't help, and neither device got a decent connection.

We were gold members and asked about an upgrade for our quick overnight stay in Tacoma. They gave us a beautiful queen suite, and the staff were wonderful. The property was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was delicious, a great start to the day. We were very happy with our stay.
