The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and despite the location we had no noise complaints. It's convenient for the mall, with highway access right there, and I appreciated the little "snack shack." The hot tub was out of order during our visit, but my nephew had a blast in the pool. Only the first floor has an ice machine, which was a very minor frustration. Friendly staff, and I'd stay here again without hesitation.

It's a nice hotel for the price, with a very good breakfast selection and super friendly, helpful check-in staff. I stayed in a couple of different rooms over a few days. One room had a door that looked like it had been kicked or broken in and then repaired badly. It wiggled when closed, with lots of daylight visible from the hallway. The extra locks were reassuring, but someone jiggled the door in the middle of the night, which alarmed us because it sounded like they were coming through.

The location worked for my travel needs, and the staff were professional and courteous. Special mention to Tracey. I thought the location was good, though there aren't many good restaurants nearby. My bed was extra firm, but I can't say whether the other rooms are like that.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff were so friendly they made me feel right at home. I loved my stay, especially the delicious breakfast and the great amenities. Definitely coming back!

Kayla at the front desk was welcoming, and breakfast was good. The problem was our room, which reeked of chlorine. We were on the third floor above the pool and the smell was really strong. Avoid rooms 01-04.
