The breakfast team kept the taco bar going every morning, and it tasted just as good day after day. My room was always clean, spacious, and comfortable. Marym, Makayla, and Patricia were lovely to talk with, and Tori on the night staff was a big help throughout my stay. I can't think of a bad thing to say about anyone here. I've been at Homewood Suites in Puyallup for over a month, and every minute has been a delight. I'm usually a Marriott girl, but this stay changed how I see Hilton hospitality. Ken, one of the managers, was especially kind. Being more than 2,000 miles from home and my child was hard at times, and he really helped me feel at home. That care meant a lot to me. Thanks for making a long work trip feel less lonely and much more like home. I appreciate all of you.

I was just looking for somewhere safe to stay and park, and ended up having a great stay. The Wednesday social hour with drinks and refreshments helped with the loneliness of my work trip. I met a woman who'd been displaced by a flood and had been there for six months, still enjoying her time thanks to the friendly staff. Then a man nearby told me he'd lost his home in a fire. They were both in good spirits despite what they'd been through, and I think the atmosphere here deserves some credit. The social had a great menu, and I was happy to have cheese and crackers. The complimentary taco bar breakfast also exceeded my expectations. At check-in I was given a bottle of Smartwater and told about breakfast. There was a Wednesday night event poster in the elevator. My room was amazing, too. I was upgraded for free to an even better room than the kick-ass suite I'd booked.

The housekeeping issue when we first got to our room was a significant oversight, but Ken handled it quickly and with real concern. He was calm, respectful, professional, and clearly wanted to make things right. That response made all the difference for our family. We were there for a birthday celebration, and it ended up being wonderful. The rest of our stay was enjoyable, and the hotel itself is beautiful, new, modern, and well maintained. The staff were professional and accommodating throughout. Mistakes happen, but caring, responsive management is what makes guests consider coming back. Ken helped turn things around, and we'd absolutely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again when we're back in the area. It was great being able to walk around the mall, and the new hotel was clean and in great shape. Our family of four liked the two-bedroom suite as a home away from home. We've stayed in many Homewood Suites. The only suggestion we'd make is to add a little more to the Wednesday evening reception. They had chili, salsa and chips, and cheese and crackers. The wine and beer selection was good. Maybe add pasta, a salad bar, or little sandwich sliders.
