The guy at checkout said another room had hot water, but he never came to check mine. I asked about the trouble and whether I could get a discount, and he told me to contact the third party I booked through for a refund. He also said they had to provide my receipt. During my one-night stay, the floors looked like something was stuck to them and the sheets were clean but dingy. The sink and shower only ran cold. The front desk told me to let the water run longer because it was cold outside, so I tried for 30 minutes and it was still icy. The showerhead dripped all night. In my opinion, this motel is a last resort.

There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby, and the staff have been really friendly and helpful. I'm staying here while visiting my mom at a rehab facility. My room is clean and comfortable, and I have everything I need.

The area is okay, with some nice restaurants, and it's close to the Santa Fe Dam Lake. The price is reasonable for a basic hotel. My room and bathroom were very clean, though a little bare-bones, and the bed was comfortable.

I liked the spacious, clean room, the updated look, and the comfortable bed. The bathroom felt modern too, and the showerhead has an indicator for when the water is ready. I was there for two nights. The shower's half panel was the main drawback. There's no door or curtain, except for the section right beside the water, so the floor gets wet and taking a shower is less enjoyable. The area is mostly quiet, though I could hear people walking past and moving around in nearby rooms. It wasn't a big deal for me.

The electric car charger was easy to set up and reasonably priced. My stay was pleasant overall, so I'd give it three stars all around.
