We had to book a night at the last minute, and Ava and Maegan in particular gave us outstanding service. The hotel was spotless, and our newly renovated room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with almost a full kitchen that made it feel like home. We slept so well we may have to ask Santa for the same bed. Breakfast was delicious, and we loved the heated pool. Thanks to the whole team, we'll definitely come back.

Breakfast had lots of choices, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and set up nicely for a relaxing stay. Even with the hotel busy, nights were impressively quiet. Some parts were being renovated, though that wasn't mentioned when we booked. Clearer notice and keeping guests away from the work area would improve things.

Our daughter was so eager to get in the pool before closing, then head back as soon as she woke up, that we barely took any pictures. We were in town for Christmas and stayed three days after my wife booked the room. The room was decent and had a nice view, and most of the staff were kind. One older woman seemed miserable and had an attitude with both customers and staff. I also saw a maintenance worker outside smoking what looked like weed. I think his name was Mike. That felt a bit suspicious, though hotel maintenance isn't essential. I probably wouldn't stay again, since there are better places around.
