Quality Inn & Suites Quincy - Downtown

The employees were kind and helpful, but breakfast was limited and some of the yogurts had expired. The pool was out of order, and Choice Hotels hadn't updated that information when we booked, so the kids were upset.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice, and the price was great. It's clean and quiet, with a handy downtown location. I'll stay again next year.

I appreciated the clean room and convenient location, but all the unexpected closures and poor communication made the stay disappointing. I'd suggest checking whether the amenities are available before booking. When we arrived, nobody was at the desk, so check-in took nearly 10 minutes. The pool and hot tub were closed, which we hadn't been told, even though they were a major reason we booked. Some hotel areas were blocked off, and the main floor restrooms were locked with no signs or instructions. The water pressure was extremely low, making basic things like showering inconvenient. The room was relatively clean, but the lack of carpeting made it feel noisy and less cozy.

It's in a great location, quiet, and you don't have to go far for anything. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are unbelievable. This is easily one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Great job, team, keep it up.
