We had called ahead while a snowstorm was underway and told them we were coming with a service dog. My daughter, who is the widow of a disabled veteran, was there with me. Staff told us to call the police, so we did, and a report was filed to help ensure staff get proper education. Not knowing ADA rules for service animal access is a huge liability for businesses. Under the ADA, staff can ask only whether the dog is required because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to do. There are no approved registration papers or documents. Selling or presenting them is a scam or fraudulent, and buying paperwork online doesn't make an untrained dog a legitimate service animal. Know the law, not what scam websites claim.

Our dog got to stretch her legs in the dog park, and the pet fee was very reasonable. The room was clean and peaceful, breakfast was excellent, and everyone on staff was friendly. It was our first stay here and we were really pleased. Thanks for a great visit, we'll definitely come back.

We only had one night here and I wish we'd been able to stay longer. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, with comfortable beds and AC that worked great. The front desk staff were extremely friendly when we arrived in the afternoon and again early in the morning. Much appreciated.

Car trouble caught me here while I was driving across the country. Matthew was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me out. I'm so grateful. This place is the best, and Matthew is the best ever!
