I was here for three weeks of work and chose a suite so I’d have space to spread out. It was roomy, with a comfortable bed, plenty of outlets, and two big TVs. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gianni (I hope I'm spelling that correctly). A few things could be better. I could easily hear people in my room, and some things were out of order during the renovations. The dryer was kaput; the staff knew, but it wasn’t fixed while I was there. I also noticed the smell of 💨 several times, including the non legal kind. I don’t have a problem with it, but don’t want to smell it first thing in the morning. I didn’t try breakfast, and it isn’t free unless you have gold Hilton Honors status. Parking also costs extra. Still, it was a decent stay, and I’d recommend it, especially in summer.

After one night, the hotel told my family that our service dog couldn’t stay any longer. They said we had left the dog unattended and that it had misbehaved in public areas. Both claims are completely false: our dog was never alone and behaved appropriately. When I asked the manager for evidence, since the hotel has cameras, she refused and wouldn’t discuss it further, telling us to contact Hilton corporate. To be transparent, our dog did vomit once in the room because of motion sickness, leaving a mark on the carpet. I don’t believe that should be grounds to deny us accommodation. As a Lifetime Hilton Diamond member, I’m extremely disappointed. We moved to the Verdant Hotel next door, which was far better in both facilities and service. The management was arrogant and unprofessional, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointing.

The room was nice and the linens were clean, and the staff were pretty nice too. There’s a nice lake view and downtown Racine is convenient to get to, but the hotel is really expensive. They have a hot tub in the pool area, though it isn’t listed with the amenities. Breakfast was average, much like what you’d get elsewhere, and honestly I don’t think it’s worth paying extra for. I’m not sure I’ll return, though it’s hard to judge the stay fairly. There was a flood in the lobby while we were checking out, so we had to leave through the gift shop.

The room was spacious and quiet, and the location was convenient, with restaurants and the water within walking distance. Staff were friendly, breakfast was a nice option, and the price felt like good value. They were remodeling during my business trip, so I’d like to see the finished touches. I’d recommend staying here for either business or personal travel.

The staff were hospitable and friendly, and the gym was nice. The bed was good, and the daily surface cleaning was done well. But the rooms are overdue for maintenance: there were stains on the lights and ironing boards, and black mold in the shower.
