Super 8 by Wyndham Radcliff Ft. Knox Area

We've stayed at the Super 8 in Radcliff ky several times and loved it. Our room always smells so good, and the motel is consistently clean. The staff are kind and helpful every time. We'll be back. Honestly, it's even better than the Hampton in Elizabethtown.

I was really happy with the service. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the price was great, and the rooms were very clean. Having a fridge and microwave meant I could bring my own food and save some money. If I’m back in the Louisville area, I’ll stay here again.

I had to leave at midnight after finding bed bugs when I checked the bed more closely. The room smelled of weed, strange food, and old perfume. There were stains on the sheets and black specks all over the quilt. The TV kept cutting out, and loud banging went on beside the housekeeping room until nearly midnight. When I arrived, I asked for a second-floor room, but the manager refused and was cocky and rude. He was just as rude and unprofessional when I called the next morning for a refund, and offered no help, so I had to contact Hopper support. I won't return. Please be careful if you stay there. The whole experience was awful.

I’d stayed here before and loved it, but this visit was the last straw. I won’t be back. The service, or lack of it, and the rudeness are the main reasons. They rarely answer the phone, and in person they barely acknowledge you and seem not to care.
