The room was cozy, the rates were good, and the front desk guys really looked after me. If things stay this way, I’ll come back.

The hotel setting felt more like a worn-down roadside motel than the hotel it was advertised to be. The room itself was filthy: stained bedding, dirty floors, and grime in the bathroom. I took videos and photos of the conditions. I brought it up at the front desk, but they wouldn’t offer a refund or any other solution. The man there said the manager was out of the country. When I asked for a number to reach the manager, he refused, saying it was for privacy reasons. Staying here wasn’t worth the hassle or the health concern. Travelers deserve better.

The man at the front desk was nice and the room was pretty clean, with a calm feel to it. I stayed in a jacuzzi room last week and plan to come back.

For the price, the room was nice. Dave at the front desk was helpful, and check-in was quick.

The people were nice, but they kept the money for the nights I didn’t use after I left early. In room 209, the tub looked like someone’s brain had been splattered in it, and the tub feature didn’t work.
