What started as an emergency stay during the recent ice storm turned into a comfortable retreat for me and my elderly parent, and we’ll remember it fondly. The staff were the best part. Loran at the front desk helped in so many ways and went out of her way to show me the room she thought would suit us best. The room itself was spotless and well equipped, with a microwave, fridge, and coffee service. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely appointed. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay. Hilton Garden Inn will be at the top of my list from now on. Many thanks!

After a long day, we had hot pizza, wings, and drinks at the restaurant and bar, and it really hit the spot. The food was amazing, the location made it easy to get everywhere, and the lobby looked chic and pleasing. Service was impeccable, and our room was roomy and clean. I just wish the continental breakfast were included and coffee were available all day. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed on December 21, 2025, and will definitely be back. The location is very convenient for Raleigh, and needing a key card to use the elevator was a nice security feature. Staff were professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. We had a sumptuous breakfast and stopped at the bar for a nightcap, both very nice. Our king room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. The walk-in shower was wonderful, with towels inside the enclosure, a thoughtful design. The hotel is beautifully decorated and appointed. I was surprised it’s already 10 years old, since it looks brand new. It felt like an urban luxury hotel, but the price was very reasonable for what the property offers.

The on-site restaurant was delicious. I also want to recognize the service I received on my latest stay. I had a small issue from a previous visit, and General Manager Jenn Watson was fantastic in sorting it out and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thanks again to Jenn and her staff for everything.

We had a very pleasant stay and were glad we found this hotel. Breakfast was especially nice, thanks to Ben. He served and cleared with a smile and made sure everyone had what they wanted. We’ll definitely stop here again next time.
