From outside, it doesn't look like much, but my room was the cleanest and the shower was amazing. I liked the glass-door walk-in style, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff did a great job checking me in. I called down about getting extra checkout time because I'm a Platinum member. I'll stay again if I'm in town.

For one cheap night, this place works. The location was good, check-in and checkout were quick, and the front desk wasn't a hassle. Our one-bed room was clean, with a decent bed, small bathroom with a toilet and shower, a little fridge, TV, and small closet. Breakfast was just cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee, and orange juice. I was disappointed there wasn't anything cooked, like eggs or sausages. I prefer nicer places, but the clean room did the job. I drive a truck, so parking felt tight. There's only one entrance, at the front.

The location was already familiar from past trips to the Capitol, but I'd never stayed here before. As soon as I came in, the employee at the counter was polite and accommodating, and the manager was smiling while working. The hotel feels fresh and clean, and my room is updated and just right for two nights. It has everything I need: TV, desk, armoire for clothes, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, coffee, alarm clock, plenty of clean towels, microwave, and mini fridge. I sat on the bed and liked that too. Fantastic room for a fantastic rate. I'm impressed.

It cost $100 for the night, and this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but I could smell weed at the front entrance. Our first room smelled like it too, though the second was alright. The microwave didn't work and the mini fridge barely got cold. The front desk guy was on the phone the whole time, from check-in through the room change and when I complained about the microwave. I wouldn't go back.

This is a horrible place in a high-drug area. My son died in this hotel, and they didn't want to refund his money. They even charged him for the room of the other person who was with him after he was dead. He had been in the room only six hours, but they charged full price. I had to contact corporate to get a partial refund. Staff were very rude, and they don't have cameras recording the whole hotel. They delete the footage after three days. EMS took a long time to get there. It's not worth saving money to stay here.
