I would've rather been home, but Marina made the stay feel welcoming, and the nice king suite felt like home. My room was clean and comfortable, and the quiet was exactly what I needed while lodging for work. The Bistro was a nice touch too. I was very pleased with the front desk service and would stay again, for work or a mental break. As an essential worker, I have to get to work in all kinds of weather. With snow forecast and my commute, I booked one night so I could get there safely the next day. The first night went great, from check-in through my return from work that morning, so I extended for three more nights. Marina, whose name I'm not sure I'm spelling correctly, was professional and accommodating both times. She helped reserve the extra nights and checked if I needed anything. Her customer service was top tier. We had warm, friendly conversations about my career and her personal goals, and her kindness felt like more than just a transaction. Ms Jennifer, Blessed, Eric, and Sharonda make this very clean hotel feel like home. It's my favorite place to stop out of all the work trips and hotels I've had. The location is good and the welcome is so warm that I'll drive up to 1.5 hours out of my way to stay here. You can't go wrong.

What started as a temporary place to stay during our home renovation turned into a really enjoyable extended stay. Eric and his team made us feel welcome and looked after throughout, whether we were dealing with the front desk, restaurant, or housekeeping. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful at every turn. They made what could have been a long inconvenience comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. We're sincerely grateful and would highly recommend the property.

I was really disappointed and won't be coming back. The lobby smells clean when you walk in, but that was deceiving. My first night, the room started smelling musty, almost like mildew, and by the next day and night the odor was much stronger and unpleasant. I honestly don't think they clean those rooms. When I told the front desk, the person gave me a hard time and tried to blame me for the smell, lol, but eventually moved me to a different, accessible room. That one smelled bad too, though it was somewhat tolerable. Then the AC made a loud noise around 4 a.m. and woke me up. I was told a manager would follow up, but nobody has contacted me. Do better, please.
