I’ve stayed here twice, for 10 nights total, and would come back if I’m in the area. The rooms are clean and roomy, and there’s a nice variety at breakfast each morning. It’s close to the mall, with plenty of food options and easy access to other things. Even with the highway and mall nearby, the hotel sits far enough off the road that you don’t hear traffic.

We had a spacious room that worked well for our family, and the location was close to everything. Parking was easy, and having breakfast at the hotel in the morning was handy. We were in town for the weekend and mostly used the room for sleeping and hanging out in the morning. The bedroom felt a little cramped and got stuffy when the door was shut. The bed and linens weren’t very comfortable, but we managed. We might stay again for the space, though comfort and cleanliness wouldn’t be the reason.

The area by the mall is a great location, and even with the traffic it’s relatively quiet. The staff were great, and the hot continental breakfast changed each day. It felt like true southern hospitality. My one change would be to replace the shower and tub with a simple glass shower like some other hotels have. Thanks, Residence Inn, for a great stay!

Traffic around here is horrendous, but the staff were really friendly and the hotel doesn’t smell stale. It’s not super old, either. I like Residence Inn because I can cook or heat things up in the room, and there’s a fridge and freezer bigger than a dorm one. I bring a cooler of my own food when I travel, so it’s nice to have my ice packs frozen by morning.

Our studio had a useful layout, plenty of space, and was clean and comfortable. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and the staff were friendly from arrival through checkout. Breakfast had lots of choices and made mornings easy. We had a great stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Raleigh Crabtree Valley and would happily come back.
