The location and front desk service were great, but the room was a mess. Some things had been updated, while other furniture was battered or broken. The floor was dirty, and surfaces felt sticky with greasy residue, as if someone had cooked there. I climbed on a chair to check something on top of the microwave cabinet, thinking it was paper, and found it filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Worst of all, there was a used condom up there. I know this is a budget alternative to other hotels in the area, but rooms need to be fully cleaned between guests regardless of the nightly rate. The place has potential. Fix these problems and guests will leave happier.

The younger African American woman was kind, relaxed, and welcoming, and she deserves appreciation. The middle-aged African American woman at check-in, who was thinner in build, was aggressively rude for no reason and lied about checking my reservation. I honestly think she was racist and didn't want me staying there, which is despicable. She should be fired immediately.

My family had never experienced displacement before, and this whole situation has been more overwhelming than we expected. Through such a hard time, Akila and Ashley, representatives at Woodsprings Suites, have shown us compassion as well as professionalism. Their patience, kindness, and emotional support have comforted us throughout this difficult journey. We're truly grateful for the humanity and care they've shown our family. It's made all the difference.

Akilia was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was pleasant. Her customer service was a 10/10. The rooms were clean, too. My experience with the night shift was different, though. Lynn sometimes seemed bothered and came across as rude.

I only managed to stay one night of my three-night reservation because I had nowhere else to go. I want a refund for the other two nights, since sleeping there felt unhealthy. The hotel was dirty throughout and FULL OF COCKROACHES, and the service wasn't great. At the front desk, a man said only the manager could resolve my problem and told me to wait until the manager came in the next morning. I couldn't wait, so I'm putting this situation on record.
