Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Raleigh SW NC State by IHG

The beds were comfy, the bathrooms spotless, and the staff friendly. Breakfast had so many choices, and the price seemed incredibly low for what you get. The furniture is modern and useful. I liked that the shades open for a view but can also block every bit of light, and the temperature was easy to set, including cold enough to freeze us out, which we love. It was so quiet that I actually missed my fan, even with people in nearly every room. I'm usually a complainer and always find something wrong, but couldn't come up with a thing here. Don't hesitate, this is the one. Uber to the Natural Science Museum while you're there. ❤️

The rooms look like they were renovated fairly recently and are in really good shape. Front desk staff were attentive, housekeeping did a great job, and breakfast was totally fine. There’s free EV charging and fresh coffee ground by the cup. I travel a lot, and this is the best Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in.

The rooms were a good size, and the beds felt comfortable. The staff are so nice, especially Dee! I also appreciate the little vanity supplies they still include. I'd forgotten Q-tips, and there was a small bag of them in the room. Lots of hotels don't do that anymore. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a small problem with the original reservation, which wasn't their fault, and the hotel quickly helped us straighten it out. Dee at the front desk was welcoming, helpful, and checked that we were okay whenever we came through. She even made sure our dog had all the treats it could want. I'd stay here again.
