We stayed in Kings Parlour (1B), downstairs, in August 2023, and it was a great bargain for this part of Albuquerque. The king bed was very COMFORTBLE, the shower was a good size, and the bathroom had nice amenities. There’s also a lovely snack and coffee area downstairs with a huge choice of things. Our room had its own access door to the front porch seating area, which is open to the whole home. The house is an authentic, beautifully renovated historic home in ABQ NM, with tasteful decorations throughout. The open porch looks out onto the neighborhood street. The neighborhood felt friendly and safe, and a delicious brunch was an easy walk away. The hosts gave great directions, parking at the back was easy, and communication was good. We traveled as a couple, but I’d feel safe staying here alone without my husband. It was perfect for our stay, and we highly recommend it.

The brothel suite had super cool artwork, and the bed was the most comfortable one ever. Each room has work by a local artist, and I liked reading about the house’s history. The plants and succulents were another favorite. The whole place is beautiful, inside and out. Brad was friendly and helpful when I got to talk with him after arriving. This is one of my favorite places I’ve stayed while traveling, and I hope to come back and explore Albuquerque more.

The downstairs King room opens off the porch, where people gather, and its blinds are sheer. They let in lovely light, though an optional layer of blackout curtains might make guests feel more at ease. The house has beautiful, whimsical architecture and sits in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and Old Town. Lyft and Seamless make it easy to get settled. The staff were very accommodating. Highly recommended, thank you!

The owners are thoughtful, caring hosts, and the house is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood is gorgeous and easy to explore on foot. It was quiet at night, the area felt very safe, and our bed was firm and comfy. This was my favorite place we’ve stayed in recent years of traveling. I wouldn’t bring young kids, since there’s plenty in an old, ornate house like this that could get broken. For a couples’ trip or a few relaxed friends, you’ll love it.
