I booked a whole month while I was in town for work, trusting the pictures, and ended up forfeiting all that money because the place was so filthy. It was unlivable; I couldn't even sit down. Please believe my review. If you think I'm making it up, book one night and see for yourself.

The guy took great care of me and made me feel welcome. Everything went smoothly, and I'll come back because he was great.

The grounds had trash everywhere, and people were standing around asking if we wanted to buy drugs. The place felt like the projects, and I felt safer in the idea of a homeless shelter than sleeping here. The rooms weren't kept up, so don't expect a safe or comfortable place to sleep. The hotel is infested with roaches and falsely advertises its condition. There is no room upgrade. They know how bad it is, take your money, and the manager lied about handling my refund before refusing to return the money for the unused days we weren't there. This hotel will steal your money. When they respond, they lie. Don't come back with another lie. I have never had a hotel refuse a customer's refund like this. The hotel is a scam. You're better off suing them or making a claim.

The website's pool and other advertised features weren't available, and its photos looked like they were from when the property first opened, however many years ago. I found dirty syringes in the stairway and lobby bathroom, which was frightening and upsetting for me and my sons. The place needs major renovation and, in my view, should be shut down. The Clarion next door was clean, but this one was so filthy that the housekeepers' claim the room was clean didn't prepare us for the roughly 40 dead and live roaches inside. My two sons and I ran out in shock. I'm grateful to the young man at the front desk, who treated us kindly, showed mercy, and moved us to the sister hotel next door because I had my boys with me. I was so disgusted. The website is a lie. If this is all you can afford, your car would be cleaner than this room. From now on, I'll inspect a hotel before booking. Is false advertising the norm now? I don't know. Save your money and sleep in the car if that's the alternative.
