We had a good experience from arrival to departure. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed support, and the room was clean with fresh bedding. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was good, just basic food for our weekend trip. We’ll come back.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they responded quickly when the toilet stopped working at 1 a.m., though dealing with it in the middle of the night wasn’t a great experience. We were upgraded to a suite, but I think it was because they knew it had maintenance problems. Paint and caulk were coming off in the shower, which sprayed water all over the bathroom. The room walls were thin, and there was a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway and parking lot late at night and into the early morning.

The room was a reasonable size for the five of us, even with three kids, and we stayed for two nights. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean and convenient. We felt it was worth the price and would stay again.

I’ve hardly ever given a hotel less than five stars, but this one needs more attention. The shower has about an inch of a drop right where you step out, and I slipped a little. Someone could get seriously hurt there, so watch your step. Breakfast was good, though the dining area was left messy as guests finished. The room itself was fine, but the AC setup didn’t make sense, the sheets felt scratchy, and the walls let through a lot of noise. Staff were okay, though not especially friendly. It could’ve been a perfectly nice stay with a bit more effort.

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean, though noise carried between them. This is a basic, no-frills hotel in Raleigh’s industrial area, not far from downtown, but there’s very little nearby. The washer wasn’t working properly while I was there. Fine for a night or two.
