The property was clean and well maintained, and the location worked great. Sophie was out in the breakfast area greeting everyone with a smile and a good morning, while Grace at the desk answered all my questions. I checked in late and Brooks was very helpful. And a shout out to the friendly young woman cleaning rooms on the third floor today, the one with the cool glasses. I didn't catch her name.

We enjoyed our stay, me, my spouse, and my dog, and the staff working March 3-5, 2026 were all amazing. They put us somewhere with easy access outside, which worked well for us. My spouse is a Honors member and we've stayed all over, but this has been our best location yet. The room was clean and the TV, fridge, and microwave all worked. There was coffee and hot chocolate by the front desk, and the breakfast was actually good: fresh biscuits and muffins, plus fresh cut fruit, no old bananas. This place has figured out the things that have gone wrong for me at other locations. We'll stay again.

We got stuck here longer than our reservation because of the snowstorm. Dyani, the Assistant Manager, understood and gave us a rate that really helped, instead of price gouging us like many hotels might. Stephanie, the Front Desk Manager, was also great, and thanks to Brookes too. The staff are a big part of what makes this place so special. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great, and everything was spotlessly clean. The suites have big stainless steel fridges and two-burner countertops. It's a beautiful hotel, and I can't say enough about the people here. Thank you, Dyani, for being such an amazing human being. We can't wait to come back.

The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, and every staff member I spoke with was friendly and helpful. There's a gas station right across the parking lot, handy for filling up and grabbing snacks before heading out. The hotel also has lots of amenities, including a nice lounge with a fireplace, several TVs, and a bar. Guest laundry is just $1 per cycle. I'll add this Hilton to my return list :)

Cary was a lovely place to explore, and the Hampton was well placed for enjoying the area or getting to events in Raleigh, if you have transportation. There's a gas station and convenience store right across from the hotel with the things we wanted. It all worked out perfectly. The customer service was probably the best I've experienced at a Hampton. They were fantastic.
